I really hate writing personal statements....it's not only hard to convince the stranger reading it on the other side of the screen, but I feel like I'm trying too hard to convince myself too?!?! I honestly believe you don't need a REASON to love something...in fact you shouldn't have any reason to be passionate about something, because once that reason is gone, your passion will vanish along with it. One should delight in the activity in and of itself, by virtue of the fact that it is aligned to one's psyche!!! Ugh shouldn't it be sufficient that I love to cut rotten tissues up and sew gaps together??!(on a side note everyone should watch the video on YouTube where some dentist cut through the gum, lifted it like a flap and drilled through the bone to fill a deep cavity it was so mesmerizing and satisfying when they folded the flap of gum back and sewed everything up together again)?!?! The university admissions people should just force everyone to take a lie detection test. It's a win win situation because the only people who can pass the test are (1) people with a genuine interest and (2) totally rational and apathetic sociopaths who will definitely make the most logical and rational medical decisions from a disinterested perspective. Omg this idea is so genius!!!! 

GOSH I AM SO AMAZING!!!!!!!! I SIMPLY CANNOT BELIEVE THAT I WROTE MORE THAN 9 PAGES WORTH OF WORDS IN 3 HOURS!!!!!! Seriously this was my first time writing an essay longer than 2.5 pages. So that means I normally write... 5 pages??!!?! AN IMPROVEMENT OF 80%?!?!?!?!?!??! WOW!!!! I just HAD to tell you all about my transformation from girl-who-couldnt-thunk to word-making-machine!!!!!
